Why it exists
For the work that was being lost
Most small businesses do not lose work to a better competitor. They lose it to a phone number on the back of a receipt, a quote nobody chased and a customer whose history is in someone else’s head. jobwin was built for the businesses that know that feeling: three to thirty people, selling from the van, the showroom and the phone, with the sales side kept in a spreadsheet and a shared inbox.
So it does a few things properly instead of everything at once. Every enquiry goes down in seconds. Every open lead has one next action. What jobwin does not do
It is worth being direct, because a great deal of CRM software claims to be everything at once.
It does not run the job
No scheduling, invoicing or stock. Winning a lead creates the customer record; delivering the work is what jobmate, its sister product, is for.
It is not an automation platform
There are no workflows to build. The assistant’s next moves are simple rules worked out from your own data, such as quotes going quiet and leads with no close date.

jobwin is made by Jobmate Ltd, the company that also makes jobmate and jobsafe. jobwin is a standalone product with its own subscription; you do not need either of the others to use it. If your email address already belongs to a jobmate or jobsafe account, signing up adds jobwin to that account, so it arrives on the same invoice.
We would rather do the sales record properly than bolt on a feature we cannot stand behind. That is why the list above is as short as it is, and why the pricing is published, in pounds, ex VAT.

Walled off, logged and yours to take
The database is hosted in the EU, in the Ireland region. Database rules on every table keep each organisation’s records to itself, and everything exports. The detail, including roles and the activity log, is on the security page.
