Telesales add-on

Cold calling software your team will work through

A dial queue that knows who to ring next, and the follow-ups to go with it.

Upload a prospect list, share it across the team and ring the next name. Log what happened in one tap: no answer, callback booked, interested, not interested, wrong number or do not call. The next dial is suggested for you, and anyone interested becomes a lead in the pipeline. Telesales is an add-on to the plan, with ten telesales licences.
  • Dial queue with the next call suggested
  • Six outcomes, one tap each
  • Follow-ups at 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months
  • Scripts, call review and training
  • Interested calls become leads

The problem, then the record

Three ways a call list falls apart

  1. 01On a spreadsheet

The list is a printout. Two people ring the same business and nobody rings the rest.

    With jobwin

Upload the list once and smart assign shares the undialled names across the team.

  2. 02On a spreadsheet

No answer means a scribble in the margin and a call that never gets made again.

    With jobwin

The 2+2+2 method suggests the next dial at 2 days, then 2 weeks, then 2 months, and it waits in the queue.

  3. 03On a spreadsheet

Someone sounds interested, and the note goes in a notebook the sales team never sees.

    With jobwin

Interested opens a lead in the pipeline with Telesales as its source, ready for the next action.

Dial queue

Ring the next name, log it, ring the next

The queue has Today’s dials, Upcoming, All in queue, Interested and Closed. Call now opens your phone or softphone through the device’s own call handler, and the outcome takes one tap. A callback books itself; do not call closes the prospect for good.

Scripts, review and training

Everything a caller needs, on the same screen

Scripts hold the opening lines with merge fields for the prospect’s name and company. Call review lets a manager go through the calls by caller and outcome and add a review note, Lists holds every uploaded list, and Training keeps the playbook where callers can find it. Team performance counts the dials and interested calls against each person’s targets.

  • ScriptsFirst call, second attempt and more, each with merge fields.
  • Counted on Team performanceDials and interested, against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Lists from CSVName, company, phone, email and notes, mapped on upload.

Honest limits

Telesales, precisely

Telesales is a paid add-on to the plan, with ten telesales licences, and each caller needs one. It is priced on the demo.

Calls are made through the phone or softphone on the caller’s own device. jobwin does not dial, record or route calls itself; a dialler connection is planned.

The rewrite-my-script feature in the app is marked Planned and is not part of the add-on today.
