For UK builders, roofers and refit firms
Big jobs take weeks to win. Keep every one moving.
An extension, a roof or a bathroom refit is a site visit, a quote, a few weeks of questions and a decision. jobwin keeps each of those leads on one board with a dated next action, flags the ones nobody has touched, asks why you lost the ones you lose, and weights the rest into a forecast you can plan the crews around.
The long sale
Between the site visit and the signature there are weeks of quiet. A lead with one next action and a date on it, and a warning when nobody has touched it for seven days, does not drift off to the builder who rang back first.
On the job
The work is won over weeks, not in one call. These are the moments where it slips.
Add it as a new enquiry with its source, Google / SEO or Website form. On Monday it is waiting in New leads for someone to decide whether it is worth a site visit.
Move the card to Site visit, then Quote sent. Each stage carries a likelihood, so the value in play and the forecast move with it.
After seven days without activity the lead is flagged stale, and after fourteen critical. Both thresholds are yours to change.
Mark as lost will not save without a reason: price, a competitor, timing, no response, out of area, a change of mind, not a fit, or what happened.
The forecast
Give each lead a value, a likelihood and an expected close month, and the forecast weights the pipeline month by month: expected, commit at 70% and over, best case and won so far, with each person’s weighted pipeline beside it.

Why it matters
Big jobs are rarely lost in one go. They fade out between visits.
Stale lead warnings
Seven days untouched and the lead is flagged; Home lists the quotes that need a nudge.
A reason for every loss
Counted on Performance under Why we lost, so you can see the pattern.
The customer, when you win
Won creates the customer record with the history, ready for the next job.

A system for the selling side of a building business: every enquiry, site visit, quote and follow-up in one place, so jobs are not lost to a forgotten call. jobwin covers that from the first enquiry to the customer record; it does not run the build itself.
