1. Who we are

Jobmate Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Jobmate Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11691025), and its registered office is 86 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton WV1 4TF, United Kingdom. Questions about this notice, or about your data, go to sales@jobmate.cloud.

When a customer uses the jobwin app to keep its leads, customers and cases, the customer is the data controller for that content and Jobmate Ltd is the data processor. That relationship is governed by our terms and conditions.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers the marketing website at jobwin.cloud: visiting it, the forms on it and contacting us. Signing up for and using the jobwin app happen at app.jobwin.cloud and are covered by our terms and the app’s own notices.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site. If we ever add any, we will update this notice and the cookie notice first, and anything that needs your consent will not load until you give it.

3. What we collect, why, and on what basis

Visiting the site

Vercel, our hosting provider, records the technical information any web server needs to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. We use this to run the site securely and to diagnose faults (legitimate interests). We do not use it to identify you.

Fonts

The site’s typefaces are served from our own hosting with the rest of the site, so loading them sends nothing to a third party.

How our forms work

Both forms on this site send what you type to our own server, which emails it to our team and sends you one confirmation email, through Brevo. We record the page the form was on and any campaign tags in its link. To keep bots out, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile: when you start filling one in, Cloudflare checks your browser, which means it processes your IP address and technical information about your browser, under its own privacy policy (legitimate interests: keeping spam out of our inbox). Nothing from Cloudflare loads until you start filling in a form.

Asking for a demo

The form on the demo page asks for your name, work email, company, team size and main need, an optional note, and whether you want the occasional email about jobwin. We email your answers to our sales team so they can arrange the demo and follow up about jobwin. That is our legitimate interest as a business-to-business supplier, and you can object at any time and we will stop. If you tick the box, we send the occasional email about jobwin on the basis of your consent. Demo requests are kept in our email system; we do not copy them into any other sales system.

Signing up and billing

“Start free trial” and “Log in” take you to the jobwin app at app.jobwin.cloud. Subscriptions are managed by Chargebee. Card and payment details are entered into and held by Chargebee and its payment partners; they never touch our servers. We keep the records we need to account for tax and VAT on every transaction (legal obligation) and to run your subscription (contract).

Emailing or messaging us

If you email sales@jobmate.cloud or use the form on the contact page (your name, work email, topic and message), we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up (legitimate interests).

4. Who receives personal data

We do not sell, rent or exchange personal data. It reaches only the providers below, and anyone the law requires us to share it with. They process it on our instructions, except Cloudflare’s bot check, which runs under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the UK’s adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

• Server logs: for as long as needed to keep the site secure and diagnose faults, then deleted.
• Demo and contact-form requests: for as long as we are in contact about jobwin, then reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
• Other emails to sales@jobmate.cloud: for as long as we are in contact about jobwin, then reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
• Billing records: for the period tax law requires.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to our processing, including any direct marketing;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on, without affecting what was done before.

Email sales@jobmate.cloud and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in new tab).

7. Cookies

Our own code sets no cookies. The only thing it stores on your device is a strictly necessary timestamp in session storage after a failed page load, explained in the cookie notice. The cookie notice lists every third-party service the site loads, what each one does and when it loads.

8. Security

Customer data in the jobwin app is held in a database hosted in the EU (the Ireland region), where database rules keep each organisation’s records to itself. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

9. Children

This website and the jobwin app are for businesses and their staff. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our processing changes and show the date at the top. This is the first version for the rebuilt jobwin.cloud.
