Win
A pipeline CRM you will actually keep up to date
Every open lead on one board, by stage, with the quiet ones flagged.
- Six starting stages, yours to rename
- Drag and drop on desktop, swipe on a phone
- Stale after 7 days, critical after 14
- A reason for every lost lead
- Won creates the customer record

The problem, then the record
Three things a sales spreadsheet cannot tell you
- 01On a spreadsheet
Which quotes have gone quiet. The row looks the same on day two as it does on day twenty.
With jobwinEvery card shows the days since anyone touched it. After 7 it is flagged stale, after 14 critical, and the Stale leads view lists them.
- 02On a spreadsheet
Why you lose. The row turns red, or is deleted, and the reason goes with it.
With jobwinMark as lost asks for the reason before it saves: price, a competitor, timing, no response, out of area, a change of mind, not a fit, or what happened.
- 03On a spreadsheet
Who the customer is once you win. Their details get typed into another sheet, if anyone remembers.
With jobwinMark as won creates the customer record, or links the one that matches the phone or email, and carries the history across.
The board
Six stages to start, in your words
New enquiry, Contacted, Site visit, Quote sent, Negotiating and Won. Each starts with a likelihood (15%, 30%, 50%, 65% and 80%, then Won at 100%) that sets the card’s weighted value. Rename, recolour, reorder, add or remove stages in System settings; Won always stays.
- Drag a card alongOn a desktop, drag between columns; on a phone, swipe between stages or use Move to.
- Filter by owner, source or tagAnd see the count and value in play for what is left.
- Quote sent, with the referenceLog the quote on the lead with your reference and amount; it shows on the card.

Lead rot
Quiet leads flagged before they go cold
A lead in the pipeline with no activity for 7 days is flagged stale, and at 14 days critical. Both are settings: choose 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21 or 30 days. The card shows a coloured bar and the day count, and Home lists the leads that need a nudge, including quotes that have been quiet for four days or more.
- On every cardThe bar and the count say how long since anyone touched it.
- Stale leads viewEvery lead past the line, in one list, to work through.
- Quotes >7 daysA saved view of quotes that have been out for over a week.

Won and lost
Every lead ends with a reason or a customer
Lost asks for the main reason, and “Other” asks what happened. Lost for “Timing, not now”, it can come back as a reminder in 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Won asks you to confirm, then creates or links the customer record, and doing it twice never makes a duplicate.
- Why we lostThe reasons add up on the Performance screen.
- Come back toTiming losses wait in To-do with a Re-open button.
- One customer, one recordMatched by phone or email, so a repeat customer is not entered twice.

Every part of jobwin writes to the same record, so what happens here shows up in these.
Honest limits
The pipeline, precisely
The stages are yours to change: six to start, renamed, recoloured, reordered, added to or removed in System settings. Won is a system stage and stays.
jobwin tracks the quote: the Quote sent stage, a Quote sent entry with your reference and amount, and the Quotes >7 days view. It does not write the quote; branded quotes and PDFs are on the roadmap.
Winning a lead creates or links the customer record. It does not create jobs or invoices.
