Win
Sales forecasting software that adds up the way you would
Each lead’s value, times how likely it is to close, in the month it should close.
- Weighted by each lead’s likelihood
- Commit at 70% and over
- Month by month, and by owner
- Revenue against target
- Every report as an Excel workbook

The problem, then the record
Three reasons a sales forecast is usually a guess
- 01On a spreadsheet
Every open quote is added up at full value, so the total is always more than you will win.
With jobwinEach lead counts at its value times its likelihood to close, set by its stage and adjustable on the lead.
- 02On a spreadsheet
Nobody knows when anything will land, so the month’s figure is a feeling.
With jobwinEach lead has an expected close month: this month, next month, two named months, later, or no date yet.
- 03On a spreadsheet
The board asks for the numbers and someone spends an afternoon in a spreadsheet.
With jobwinReports: tick what the board needs, set the filters once and download one workbook, a sheet per report.
Forecast
Expected, commit and best case, by month
The forecast takes every open lead in the pipeline, weights its value by its likelihood to close and puts it in the month it should close. Commit counts the leads at 70% or higher; best case counts every lead as if it lands. Open a month to see the leads in it, and the By owner table shows each person’s weighted pipeline.
- Weighted, not wishfulA £5,100 lead at 65% counts as £3,315.
- Close month on every leadSet it on the lead: this month, next month, a named month, or no date yet.
- By ownerWho has what in the pipeline, weighted.

Performance
Revenue against target, and why you lose
Performance is the sales manager’s page: pipeline value, won this month, conversion and average days to close, then six months of revenue won against the team target, the pipeline funnel, won and leads by source, and Why we lost, built from the reasons every lost lead has to carry.
- The funnelHow many leads reach each stage.
- Won by sourceWhich lead sources actually turn into work.
- Why we lostThe lost reasons, counted.

Team performance and Reports
A league table, targets and one workbook for the board
Team performance ranks each person on calls, interested prospects, quotes, wins, conversion and pipeline, over today, this week, this month or the last 90 days, against their own day, week and month targets. Reports collects the exports: leads, customers, cases, team performance and won deals, each a real .xlsx sheet in one pack.
- Targets per personDaily, weekly and monthly targets for dials, interested and won.
- Real Excel workbooksOne sheet per report, ready to hand to the board.
- Gated by roleReports need the export permission.

Honest limits
The numbers, precisely
The forecast counts leads that are in the pipeline. New leads join it when they are qualified, so an enquiry nobody has looked at yet never inflates the figure.
Dials and interested counts in Team performance come from calls logged in the Telesales add-on; without it, those columns stay empty.
The figures are only as good as the values, likelihoods and close months on the leads. jobwin shows which leads have no close date.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about forecasting and reporting in jobwin.
A forecast that counts each open deal at its value multiplied by its likelihood of closing, rather than at full value. A £4,000 job at 50% counts as £2,000. jobwin sets each lead’s likelihood from its stage, and you can move it on the lead.
